1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website or external service may store in a user's browser. Similar functions can be performed through other technologies, including browser localStorage.
GAMEXITA distinguishes technical tools required to provide the service from advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies.
2. GAMEXITA technical storage

3. Local CAPTCHA
The CAPTCHA currently used on GAMEXITA forms is operated locally. Challenges are short-lived and do not require loading an external CAPTCHA service in the user's browser.
4. Google AdSense advertising
GAMEXITA may use Google AdSense. When the advertising service is not enabled, the related advertising script is not loaded.
When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, localStorage or similar technologies for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, frequency limiting, security and fraud prevention and, where the user consents, advertising personalisation.
Google may also receive technical information such as IP address, visited URL, browser type and device information.
5. Consent management
When technologies requiring consent are enabled, GAMEXITA uses a consent management platform (CMP) compatible with the applicable requirements.
Users are offered options to accept, reject or manage their choices. Preferences can later be changed through the Cookie preferences or equivalent control provided on the website.
The CMP may use its own strictly necessary cookies or technical storage solely to record and respect the user's choices.
6. Strictly necessary technologies
Technologies strictly necessary for navigation, security, remembering a preference requested by the user or providing a requested function may be used without prior consent, while remaining subject to the applicable transparency requirements.
7. Deleting local data
Users can delete cookies and website data at any time through their browser settings. Deleting gx-visitor will cause a new random identifier to be generated on the next visit.
Deleting gx-theme will return the website to its default display preference.
8. Third-party services
When third-party services are enabled, those providers may apply their own technologies and retention policies. GAMEXITA limits the loading of non-essential tools according to the user's choices and applicable requirements.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated when the technologies or services used by the website change.
