Welcome to GAMEXITA.
The GAMEXITA website and its games, services and related content are managed by Daniele Tomaselli, owner of the GAMEXITA project and brand.
By using the website and its services, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Where a feature requires registration or explicit acceptance, its use is subject to that acceptance.
1. GAMEXITA
GAMEXITA provides online games, content and gaming features.
Some games may be used without registration, while certain features, progress, social services or game modes may require an account.
GAMEXITA may change, update, replace, suspend or withdraw games and features where necessary for technical, security, maintenance, service development or other legitimate reasons.
2. Minimum age
GAMEXITA is intended for users aged 16 and over.
By accessing games or services that require age confirmation, users declare that they meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
Where offered, registration provides access to features associated with a GAMEXITA account.
Users are responsible for their account credentials and must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised use.
Using another person's account without permission, impersonation, supplying false information for fraudulent or abusive purposes, or using accounts in ways that compromise service operation is prohibited.
GAMEXITA may adopt security measures and request verification when it detects unusual or potentially harmful activity.
4. User rules
To keep GAMEXITA usable and enjoyable for everyone, users agree to these rules:
- Do not engage in threats, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, seriously offensive content or deliberately harmful conduct towards other users.
- Do not stalk, harass or systematically target another player.
- Do not publish or send illegal, defamatory or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not use nicknames, avatars, messages or other content to impersonate someone or deceive users.
- Do not disclose other people's personal data without permission.
- Do not use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, exploits, modified software or other tools intended to provide advantages outside normal game mechanics.
- Do not intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to alter rankings, statistics, results, progress or normal game operation.
- Do not attempt to compromise, overload, bypass or interfere with GAMEXITA servers, APIs, authentication, matchmaking or other infrastructure.
- Do not manipulate matches, rankings or results using multiple accounts, artificial agreements between players or other systems intended to distort competition.
- Do not use GAMEXITA for spam, unsolicited advertising, scams, phishing or malware distribution.
- Do not attempt to extract, copy, republish or reuse code, assets, graphics, audio or other game elements beyond permitted uses.
- Respect other players, even during competition: winning is allowed; deliberately making a nuisance of yourself is not.
5. Moderation and violations
GAMEXITA may intervene when it detects violations of these Terms or conduct that compromises security, game integrity or other users' experience.
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, measures may include warnings, temporary feature restrictions, cancellation of improperly obtained results, temporary account suspension or termination of access to services.
For less serious cases, GAMEXITA may favour proportionate, progressive measures. Particularly serious conduct, fraud, cyberattacks or violations that endanger users or infrastructure may lead to immediate action.
6. Fair play and game results
Rankings, levels, experience, trophies, statistics and other progress must be obtained through normal use of the games.
GAMEXITA may correct or cancel results clearly altered by technical errors, exploits, cheating, manipulation or other conduct contrary to the rules.
Technical action to correct clearly incorrect data does not give users a right to retain improperly obtained results.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the software, code, design, interfaces, text, logos, GAMEXITA name, game names, graphics, assets, audiovisual content and other materials in GAMEXITA products belong to Daniele Tomaselli / GAMEXITA or are used under the relevant rights or licences.

Accessing the website or a game does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Users receive only a personal right to use games and services in the ways provided by GAMEXITA.
Except with written permission or where mandatory law permits, copying, modifying, redistributing, republishing, selling, sublicensing, incorporating into other productions, systematically extracting or commercially using GAMEXITA software or assets is prohibited.
8. Security, manipulation and reverse engineering
Attempting to bypass security systems, integrity checks, technical restrictions or other systems protecting GAMEXITA games and services is prohibited.
Analysis, extraction or manipulation intended to clone GAMEXITA products, appropriate assets or code, or make unauthorised copies is also prohibited, without prejudice to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
9. Service availability
GAMEXITA aims to keep games and services available and functional, but does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, updates, infrastructure problems, failures, cyberattacks, network provider problems or other events may cause temporary interruptions.
Where possible, GAMEXITA will seek to restore normal service within a reasonable time.
10. Disclaimer and absence of warranties
GAMEXITA services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
GAMEXITA does not guarantee that every game or feature will be permanently available, entirely error-free or compatible with every device, browser, operating system, hardware configuration or network connection.
There is no guarantee that errors, bugs, interruptions or incompatibilities can be eliminated immediately or in every circumstance.
Users use games and services at their own responsibility, without prejudice to any right, warranty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties or rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
11. Loss of data and progress
GAMEXITA takes reasonable steps to preserve data associated with its services, but technical errors, data corruption or other problems may occur.
Where technically possible, GAMEXITA may attempt to restore lost progress or information.
The website must not be used to store personal information or important material unrelated to its services.
12. Third-party services, advertising and links
GAMEXITA may use third-party services, including infrastructure, advertising and technical services, or links to external websites.
Third-party services and websites are also governed by their own terms and policies.
A link to an external website does not necessarily imply GAMEXITA's endorsement of or responsibility for all content or services on that website.
The use of cookies and other technical or tracking tools is governed separately by GAMEXITA's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Reports
Users can report misconduct, security problems, intellectual property infringements or other misuse through GAMEXITA's contact channels.
Clearly abusive or fraudulent reports, or reports made solely to harass other users, may themselves be treated as a breach of the rules.
14. Changes to the Terms
GAMEXITA may update these Terms where necessary to reflect changes to services, games, features or applicable law.
The published version will always state its last updated date.
For substantial changes affecting services that require an account, GAMEXITA may use appropriate means to inform users.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights users may have under applicable law, including consumer protection law.
